These are either flashbacks to the earlier films in the series, or laughably simplistic comparisons between Rocky&#8217;s training style (in the harsh environs of the Russian landscape &#8212; actually filmed in Wyoming) and Drago&#8217;s &#8220;high tech&#8221;
