Wishman is notorious for her tendency to aim her camera anywhere (feet, furniture, statues) but at the characters&#8217; faces when they&#8217;re speaking &#8212; which is actually a good thing, given that they&#8217;re all distractingly dubbed. The actors are uniformly awful (most are simply porn stars in the making), but special kudos must go to Uncle Bill (Hunter) for his hilariously bad extended reaction shots while listening to each rape victim tell her sordid tale. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/filmfanatic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/07\/Amazing-Transplant-Reaction.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/filmfanatic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/07\/Amazing-Transplant-Reaction-1024x770.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"481\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-55044\" srcset=\"https:\/\/filmfanatic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/07\/Amazing-Transplant-Reaction-1024x770.png 1024w, https:\/\/filmfanatic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/07\/Amazing-Transplant-Reaction-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/filmfanatic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/07\/Amazing-Transplant-Reaction-128x96.png 128w, https:\/\/filmfanatic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/07\/Amazing-Transplant-Reaction-768x577.png 768w, https:\/\/filmfanatic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/07\/Amazing-Transplant-Reaction-359x270.png 359w, https:\/\/filmfanatic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/07\/Amazing-Transplant-Reaction.png 1369w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The film&#8217;s plot (a criminal investigation) is basically an excuse for Wishman to show multiple flashback scenes of women being raped; while all resist at first, the majority eventually &#8220;give in&#8221; and appear to be enjoying themselves, thus disturbingly feeding any rape fetishist&#8217;s wildest fantasies. The &#8220;surprise twist&#8221; at the end of the film is anything but, with most reviews giving away the fact that this X-rated film owes thematic allegiance to such horror-film predecessors as <a href=\"http:\/\/filmfanatic.org\/?p=25247\"><em>Mad Love<\/em> (1935)<\/a> and <em>The Hands of Orloc<\/em> (1960). <\/p>\n<p><strong>Redeeming Qualities and Moments: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Not much<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Must See? <\/strong><br \/>\nNo, though truly dedicated film fanatics may be morbidly curious to check out Wishman&#8217;s directorial &#8220;style&#8221;.
