<a href=\"http:\/\/filmfanatic.org\/?p=36734\"><em>The Dawn Patrol<\/em> (1930)<\/a> &#8212; about the devastation of daily deaths experienced by aerial fighters &#8212; ranks among the most hard-hitting films about World War I;
