Tashlin fills the screen with numerous inventive sight gags, and the supporting cast members all portray their characters with appropriately cartoonish flair: Zachary Scott conveys a steady level of barely concealed contempt for his bride-to-be, the pudgy but relentlessly good-natured <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mae_Questel\">Mae Questel<\/a> (voice of Betty Boop and Olive Oyl):<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/filmfanatic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/Its-Only-Money-Questel5.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" O&#8217;Brien as Questel&#8217;s personal nurse, whose character seems to waver between genuine concern for Lewis&#8217;s safety and an undeniably gold-digging itch (does she <em>really<\/em> love him?). <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/filmfanatic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/Its-Only-Money-OBrien3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" viewing for diehard Lewis fans, but film fanatics likely won&#8217;t feel their time has been wasted.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Among the fifteen Jerry Lewis titles included in <em>GFTFF<\/em> (too many!), I recommend that ffs check out the following: <a href=\"http:\/\/filmfanatic.org\/?p=3439\"><em>At War With the Army<\/em> (1950)<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/filmfanatic.org\/?p=17596\"><em>Artists and Models<\/em> (1955)<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/filmfanatic.org\/?p=17758\"><em>The Bellboy<\/em> (1960)<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/filmfanatic.org\/?p=17916\"><em>The Nutty Professor<\/em> (1963)<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/filmfanatic.org\/?p=7862\"><em>King of Comedy<\/em> (1982)<\/a>; <a href=\"http:\/\/filmfanatic.org\/?p=17840\"><em>The Errand Boy<\/em> (1961)<\/a> is also worth a look simply for its brilliant &#8220;orchestra pantomime&#8221; scene. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Redeeming
