Recently released on DVD with boatloads of extras, the film seems to be developing a neo-cult by viewers who are pleasantly surprised to (re)discover it &#8212; especially given the critical appearance of an iconic horror star <a href=\"http:\/\/filmfanatic.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/Silent-Scream-Steele.png\">(CLICK FOR SPOILER)<\/a> during the final half hour.
